Telemarketing Consumer Protection Course

Employees learn how diverse and increasingly tough regulations guide the “do’s and don’ts” of communicating with customers and ensuring their data privacy. In collaboration with corporate council, we authored and designed this cloud tech company’s online consumer protection course. A required course for all employees, it covers laws that govern telemarketing practices in the global business regions and countries where the company operates. It shows how compliance is everybody’s business by illustrating the part each team and team member plays in the internal control process.

The course includes: interactive lessons, videos, official policies, job aids, quizzes and (SCORM-enabled) learner tracking and reporting capabilities.
